Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbls hot water
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs. I used parsley and dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch Chili flakes

Instructions
- Place everything in a food processor
- Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
- Check for seasoning.
- You may want to add more olive oil, lemon juice or hot water to get it to the consistency you want.
