- 4–6 chicken thighs or drumsticks
- Potatoes, carrots, onions
- Oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder
Directions
- Oil oven lightly
- Brown chicken skin-side down (10 bottom)
- Add veggies, season generously
- Cover and roast with 8 bottom / 16 top for 45–60 minutes
Done when: Juices run clear; potatoes are fork-soft
