Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cans beans (drained)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Chili seasoning packet
Directions
- Brown beef + onion (10 bottom)
- Add everything else
- Reduce to 6 bottom / 12 top
- Simmer 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally
Note: Fine for short tomato cooks—just don’t leave it overnight.
